We make drinks we’re proud of. If something shows up wrong, we’ll fix it.

Because Ono is a perishable beverage (and shipping heavy cans back and forth isn’t great for anyone), we don’t accept physical returns. But if there’s an issue with your order, tell us within 7 days and we’ll review it and make it right.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Quality Issues

Check your order when it arrives.

Reach out within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Your order arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Something isn’t right with the quality

To help us move fast, include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We may request additional information if needed.

Refunds & Replacements

If your claim qualifies, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement shipment
  • A refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our drinks are perishable, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened beverages
  • Perishable goods
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

You will not be asked to ship beverages back to us.

Claims After 7 Days

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot process claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery, unless required by law.

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We stand behind our product, and we also protect our small business. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit refunds or replacements
  • Deny claims that appear fraudulent or abusive
