Where We Ship

Right now, we ship within the continental United States.

We’re not able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally (yet). If that changes, you’ll be the first to know.

Processing & Fulfillment

We’re a small team building something big, which means every order gets real attention!

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During product drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. We promise we’re moving.

Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. No surprises, you’ll see the full rate before payment.

We work with trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to make sure your Ono arrives safely and quickly.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Promotional shipping applies to standard ground options unless otherwise stated.

Local Delivery (Michigan)

We offer free local delivery in select Michigan zip codes.

If your address qualifies, the option will automatically appear at checkout. Just enter your shipping details to check availability.

Shipping Protection & Support

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been fulfilled, we’re unable to reroute packages. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Because ono is made with real ingredients, we may occasionally delay shipments during extreme heat, cold, or major holidays to protect product quality. If this impacts your order, we’ll keep you informed.
